​I work with organizations in four ways:

1. Strategic Advisory: I provide ongoing guidance in design, strategy, and partnership-building to help health organizations navigate complex challenges. Through long-term engagements, I connect diverse partners, anchor decisions in community insights, and ensure strategies remain practical, adaptive, and sustainable.

2. Consortium Facilitation: I bring partners together around shared health goals, coordinating fundraising, contracts, and progress tracking so teams stay aligned and focused on delivery. As a trusted, neutral facilitator, I foster collaboration, build trust across organizations, and strengthen outcomes by supporting joint proposals and collective funder engagement.

3. Design Strategy Projects: I lead focused projects that help teams make health challenges human and visible—drawing on community stories, behaviors, and motivations that data can miss. Together, we work through discovery, synthesis, ideation, prototyping, and delivery stages to create practical, adaptable strategies that communities can own and implement.

4. Embedded Design: I embed senior designers or strategists directly within health teams, working side by side as trusted collaborators. This approach brings fresh perspectives, creative facilitation, and design tools right into existing workflows, helping teams apply creative problem-solving to their work.
